    My Story

began sewing at the age of 13, due to my desire to design my own clothes. As my skills grew, I worked in fabric stores, while I attended high school and college.

Initially, my college degree focused on retailing, merchandising, marketing, fashion designers and textiles.

Then I was able to take the pattern design and draping classes I so desired.    This has enabled me to create a unique gown or garment, or customize an existing pattern to fit perfectly.

I even completed a production sewing class, which helped me in my helping other businesses with their sewing needs.
I have worked with several local designers, businesses and wineries in developing and producing patterns, custom table runners, samples, lingerie, maternity clothing, even custom and military skydiving suits!

Most recently, I had the pleasure to work with Jim and Darlene Forbes at their bridal and formalwear retail store in the Napa Valley for many years.
It is such a pleasure to help brides and their bridal parties get ready for the wedding of their dreams!

I am currently working on additional, custom chair and couch slipcovers, for Ram's gate Winery in Sonoma.
